We can arrange support and services for absentee owners of villas, houses and apartments in the Altinkum area.
The service will give the absent property owner peace of mind knowing that their property is being checked and looked after on a regular basis by someone with his/her interests in mind.
For a small monthly fee property will be checked on a regular pre-determined basis - normally weekly to ensure that it is secure and undamaged. Accurate records will be maintained and reports forwarded by e-mail, fax, mail or phone depending on the owners requirements. On instructions from the owner we will repair or resolve any problems discovered.
In addition to checking property the following can be arranged if required:-
a. Low cost transportation to and from Bodrum or Izmir Airport.
b. Arrival packs so that fresh basic food-stuffs are available on arrival.
c. Cleaning, laundry and airing on a regular pre-arranged basis including immediately prior to arrival.
d. Gardening, outside cleaning and maintenance.
e. Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
f. Interior decorating.
g. Plumbing and other household maintenance tasks.
h. Collection and payment of utility bills (phone, water, electricity etc)
i. Car servicing and storage.
j. Visa and insurance advice.
k. Car hire, excursions or boat charter.
l. Any other services requested
All services will be carried to the highest standard under supervision to ensure value for money - as is well known service/maintenance personnel often take the quickest route when working unsupervised or for an absentee owner. Supervision by our professional staff will ensure that all work undertaken will be done properly and to a high standard.
